Alumnae Lisa Ingram (MBA ’00), president and CEO of White Castle, and Tanny Crane (BSBA ’78), president and CEO of Crane Group, explored why women leaders are vital to organizations during a crisis. Women constitute over half of the college-educated workforce as well as professional and management-level jobs. But these statistics do not translate into equal representation in the C-suite.
